Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to MY PD BUDDY ("Subscription Service"), you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

Subscription Plans & Payments

    We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with recurring billing.

    By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

    Prices and features for each plan are detailed on our Website and may be updated periodically.

    All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

    We reserve the right to modify pricing, but existing Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

    Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support at info@mypdbuddy.ai

    Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will continue to have access until that time.

    We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.

User Account & Responsibilities

    You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it updated.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    Sharing your subscription access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Service Modifications & Termination

    If we discontinue the Service, Subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion.

    We may terminate a subscription without refund if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Refund & Chargeback Policy
